Kings and Queens of Hindlock

Kings and sometimes Queens from the line of DuSoleil, have ruled the island of Hindlock for over two thousand years. We have been able to do a little browsing in the library of Quinterasse, but it seems highly unsuccessful since traveling back in time seems very impossible.
On the other hand, knowing a little about history and the customs surrounding the house of DuSoleil.

Naming conventions of the house

The naming conventions for the house are sort of different of what we are used to. On Hindlock there is four different terms for members of the royal house of DuSoleil. That is, there are four terms for male members and four for female members, so a total of eight titles to distinguish between the different members of the house.
Male Title
Female Title
Description
Widger
Tindir
Members of the royal house who are not married and have no outlook at ascending the throne.
Wadger
Tandir
Members of the royal house who are not married, but who will ascend the throne, or are second in line.
Prince
Princess
A non married royal, who has ascended the throne.
This title is also used for married members of the house, who have no chance of ascending the throne.
King
Queen
A married royal who holds the throne.

The rule says that a person who is destined to ascend the throne, is only allowed to marry once he or she has actually ascended the throne.
Most princes or princesses have found an eligible partner, long before they ascend the throne, however this is not the case for Prince Vincente DuSoleil. It is said that he has had various lady's courting him, but none of them were of acceptable social status.
