Gare TGV
Welcome to the TGV Station site of TGVfan.tk. Here you can se a lot of stations wich heve been build for the TGV. Stations like Avignon TGV and Lille Europe. But also Brussels Midi Eurostar and London Waterloo International.
Q) Why are the French national railways (SNCF) building a station like Lille Europe and Avignon TGV?
A) The answer is simple, When people are building a High speed rail line they want as much people as posible to use it. But sometimes you can't connetct the line to the conventional tracks, or it would take to long to go off the High speed line and go to the nearest lage station and then proceed to the High speed line again. So the SNCF constructed a number of TGV stations. These stations are easy to reach by car and public transport. For example: When you are taking a TGV Valence TGV you can travel to the city by Bus, Train and taxi. By train it takes about 10 minutes and by bus 20 minutes. Below you can see how crowded a TGV station can be.
