Every time we have to get used of the beds and the jet lag. The breakfast at the hotel was included so we eat something and then we get into the car. On our way we stop to walk the Booming Ground Trail. Remko sitting on a fence in Stanley ParkThis trail was very steep and slippery so our climbing boots come in handy. At the bottom of the trail, a lot of trees were floating in the river. The ground was swampy but Renate wanted to have a closer look. Unfortunately she sunk deeper and deeper in the mud and almost fall down! In the meantime Remko was shooting a film, and this hilarious moment was very funny to see on the film. After this exciting trip we went to Stanley Park to walk a little bit. Instead of a short walk it ended into a long one. The park is really beautiful with some Sequoia trees, nice lakes, totem poles and several walking trails. We dinnered delicious at the restaurant with a funny waiter nearby Prospect Point. After this went back to the hotel to fresh up ourselves, and Renate had the opportunity to clean her pair of trousers and shoes which were very dirty after the swamp experience. We walk via BC Place Stadium and some obscure streets to the Gastown. In this city district you find a steamclock, which blows a melody every quarter of an hour, very unique. We stroll a little time in the busy shopping street at Robson Street. At last we order a large pizza and take it to our room.

Finally we go to sleep!
