Itinerary Take Highway 1 to Lake Louise. Go on via the 93, which is also called the Icefield Parkway, to Jasper. A short distance before Jasper, you can also use the 93a.

Along the way The Icefield Parkway starts from Lake Louise. This is known as one of the most beautiful in the world. Therefore you must certainly stop at the Peyto Lake from where you have a wonderful view of this lake. Moreover, this is the highest point of this road. At the Columbia Icefields you can pay a visit to the Athabasca glacier. You can see the Athabasca Falls at the junction of the 93/93a.
