Explanation of the new rating:

individuals:

1st: 25 points;
2nd: 20 points;
3rd: 16 points;
4rd: 13 points;
5th: 11 points;
6th: 10 points;
--
15th: 1 point;

Results of the last WPC will be counted 100%.
For every year passed the score will decrease with 10%
So in this case the first four WPC's won't score points for any puzzler anymore.

For the teams a similar policy:

1st: 10 points;
2nd: 8 points;
3rd: 6 points;
4th: 5 points;
--
8th: 1 point;

Results of the last WPC will be counted 100%.
For every year passed the score will decrease with 10%

This gives, in my view, a more fair overview of the strength of each puzzler during the last WPC's.
