wow chula
The 'wow chula' is regarded as the unique Thai national kite, it is basically star shaped and can be easily controlled to fly gracefully. In ' wow panan' games, it is the male kite that is used to fight against the ' wow pakpao' which is a female kite.

wow pakpao
The 'wow pakpao' is as unique as the wow chula and has a rhombus shape like 'wow ee - lum', but the bamboo frame is harder. Therefore, it must have a long tail to counter balance the weight. During the wow panan games season, it is always found with wow chula.

wow ee - lum
The 'wow - lum' has a similar shape to the wow pakpao'. At the end of both wings, there are paper tassels to help its balance in the air. In the central region, flying the wow ee-lum has now developed into a challenge for either kite to try to cut each other's jute string, which draws its influence from India. one sends his 'wow ee-lum' to cut the string of the opponent, therefore it is a game of win or loose

wow ee-praed
The 'wow ee-praed' from the central region has a similar design to 'wow ee-praed' from the both, the only difference is that the former has tassels on both sides.

wow dui dui
The 'wow dui dui' has developed from 'wow ngao' of ancient times. It makes a unique sound caused by the 'sanoo' a bow shaped bamboo frame on the kite body. The loudness of the 'wow dui dui' sound depends on the design of the ' sanoo' its relation to the size off the kite.
