The Winter
In the winter of 2001 we should
restore our Trojan. We make an appointment with Stevens Jachtbouw that our boat
be washed ashore there. They have a halyard that can wind up 30 Ton.
So we went on Saturday to Stevens. Fortunately Thomas (from the Holliday) was so
kind to navigate the boat to Stevens.
But when they rig the boat, the deck began to puff out.
Because our boat is from wood en the crane from steel. What is stronger then?
Steel off cause.
The people from Stevens see that the deck began to puff en stop pulling while
the boat wasn't not quite out off the water. They found it to dangerous to hoist
up any further because the boat would be squeeze flat.
Than you have no boat anymore but a hand full of plank for your hearth.
So we navigate the boat back to his harbor where he still lies in the water.

I think we get boat out of the water this Summer but maybe there come a solution this winter. The best should be a dry-dock but the are this winter occupied
